Inside the box

Our pretend kitchen just got a wok. A noodle tool and a dumpling maker turn fresh compound into play food that looks good enough to slurp. Mold make-believe veggies and toppings, toss them into the wok, and stir with the spatula. A toy knife and cutting board let kids practice chopping with no sharp edges anywhere, then a bowl and chopsticks handle the serving.
