Inside the box

Close the toy waffle maker and the mold inside presses out five shapes: one big square plus small hearts, stars, circles and squares. Flip it over and the bottom has molds for pretend chocolate chips, fruit pieces and other toppings. Our egg stamper, syrup bottle and berry basket turn a plate of dough into a full make-believe breakfast.

The white compound lives in an egg-shaped container that reseals, ready to crack open again and again. There is also a 2-ounce can of yellow plus 1-ounce cans of red, brown and purple.
